The 30 Day Perfect Fit Guarantee

We guarantee a "Perfect Fit" based upon our knowledgeable staff's ability to identify the right boat to suit your needs. This means that you have 30 days after picking up your canoe or kayak to try it out under your "normal conditions". At the end of the 30 day period, if you are not satisfied with your boat's performance, you can return it to one of our locations and we will exchange it for a boat that does suit your needs. This may mean an upgrade in boats, such as from a Mattawa up to a Kipawa, which means you would only pay the upgrade price difference. However, if we do not find a boat that satisfies your needs, we will refund a maximum of 90% of the money spent on the boat. The amount of the refund will be determined by the condition of the boat when it is returned and a restocking fee. The "Perfect Fit Guarantee" can only be used once on any purchase.
